What CareerCompass gives you

CareerCompass records your background, compares confirmed evidence about your skills with what a goal you choose requires, and suggests a path to close the difference. The results are informational guidance built from the evidence you supply and from published occupational data. They are not a promise of employment, admission, salary, promotion or any other outcome, and they are not professional career, legal, financial, medical or immigration advice. Parts of the analysis are produced with AI models, which can be wrong; treat a result as a starting point for your own judgement.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older. The product checks your date of birth when you submit your intake and refuses a submission that is under 18 or has no readable date of birth.
• Access is by invitation. CareerCompass is not open to the public yet; creating an account requires a valid invite code.

Your account

• Give information that is accurate as far as you know. CareerCompass can only assess what it is given, and a profile built on inaccurate input produces a diagnosis to match.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Do not submit another person's information — a resume, marks, or personal context — without their permission.

Using the service fairly

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, automate access in a way that degrades it for other people, or copy its content out for redistribution. Links to courses, employers and other outside resources lead to services with their own terms, prices and practices, which are theirs and not ours.

This is a product still being built

CareerCompass is in active development. Features can change, move or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. Where a change affects what is described here, the date at the top of this page changes with it. These interim terms will be replaced once counsel has settled the final ones.

Your information, and getting in touch

The Privacy Policy sets out what the product collects, who processes it, where it is stored, and how to export or delete it — along with the questions about retention and legal terms that are still open. For anything else, write to tennenx.official@gmail.com.
